Our Story
Vespera Life is privately-owned and operated company in Pompano Beach, Florida. Our company began operations in 2011, when we received our first state license - in the state of Florida. We bring a fresh approach to the life settlements industry. Other companies may offer similar services, but we are the only specialized buyer of policies with face amounts of between $50,000 and $500,000; and, are backed by a stable long-term commitment financing. We have streamlined our underwriting process and reduced the life policy purchase transaction timeline by at least 30 days compared to a traditional life settlement process. For our current program, we have eliminated the need for medical records and third-party life expectancy requests. In addition, to further enhance the security of each policy purchase, we have engaged and utilize an escrow agent in every state in which we operate.

Life settlement providers represent institutional investors and provide a conduit for the sale of a life insurance policy. Most states regulate life settlements and Vespera Life adheres to and supports legislation that protects consumers. Compliance with state regulation of life settlements is Vespera’s highest priority and we monitor new state regulations, so we can better represent the interests of our financing entities. We employ skilled and highly-trained professionals who understand the complex life settlement transactions. They help us make each purchase a simple, positive, and efficient experience for all parties involved. We adhere to our anti-fraud plan and provide periodic company-wide compliance training for each employee.
